If for any reason you would like to request an exchange or refund, please send us an email at info@organicbaobab.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for your decision and any photos if relevant.
Please note that to qualify for an exchange or refund due to a change of mind, all goods must remain unopened, in their original condition and sent to our warehouse at your own expense.
If you have received damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
We endeavour to respond to all emails within 48hrs, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
