Returns Policy

If for any reason you would like to request a refund, please send us an email at info@organicbaobab.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for your decision and any photos if relevant.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you no longer wish to keep your order, it may be returned once received, provided all goods remain unopened, unused and in their original condition.

Change of Mind:

To qualify for a refund due to a change of mind, all goods must remain unopened, in their original condition and sent to our warehouse at your own expense. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

If you believe your item is faulty or not of acceptable quality, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details so we can assist you promptly. Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

International Orders:

International orders are subject to customs clearance and local postal services. Delivery timeframes may vary and delays caused by customs authorities are outside of our control.

Refused Deliveries:

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs duties or failure to collect, any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

To qualify, the majority of the product must remain unused and you may be asked to provide photos or return the item.
