Our Organic Baobab is grown in West Africa and both packaged and shipped with love from Queensland in Australia, via Australia Post.

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries within major delivery networks, however do not currently ship to Afghanistan, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Yemen or North Korea.

All orders are dispatched the next working day, Monday-Friday.

If you located within Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 2-8 working days for Standard delivery, and within 1-3 working days for Express.

If you are located outside of Australia, you can expect to receive your delivery within 5-10 working days.

Free Standard shipping is automatically applied at check-out for all orders within Australia over $100AUD.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accent marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, the customer will incur a reshipping fee. 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEES:
Standard: $10 Flat Fee, includes tracking.
Express: $20 Flat Fee, includes tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping options are calculated at check-out and vary depending on delivery location and total parcel weight. Tracking is included.
