Our Organic Baobab is grown in West Africa and both packaged and shipped with love from Queensland, Australia.

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries within major delivery networks, however do not currently ship to Afghanistan, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Yemen or North Korea. 

All orders are dispatched the next working day, Monday-Friday.

If you located within Australia, you can expect to receive your order within 2-8 working days for Standard delivery, and within 1-3 working days for Express.

If you are located outside of Australia, you can expect to receive your delivery within 5-10 working days.

Free Standard shipping is automatically applied at check-out for all orders within Australia over $100AUD.

All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, the customer will incur a reshipping fee. 

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEES:
Standard: $10 Flat Fee, includes tracking.
Express: $20 Flat Fee, includes tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES:
Standard and Express shipping options are calculated live at check-out and vary depending on location. Tracking numbers are supplied.
