Baobab Mango Smoothie Bowl

Besides tasting DELICIOUS, mangoes contain high levels of vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, antioxidants, iron and and have properties that help regulate both diabetes and high cholesterol. Paired with our organic baobab powder, this smoothie bowl is the PERFECT way to start your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana (depending on how thick you'd like it)
  • 1 fresh mango that has been previously sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of our Organic Baobab Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Manuka Honey (or agave if vegan)

Toppings:

  • fresh blueberries or other yummy pieces of fruit
  • gluten-free granola
  • sliced nuts
  • chia seeds
  • shredded coconut

Method:
Place all of the ingredients into your blender and then blend contents until smooth and creamy.

Note:
If you’re in a hurry, this recipe can easily be modified into a regular smoothie by increasing the amount of almond milk to thin it out.
