Baobab Raspberry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Raspberries not only look beautiful, but are also DELICIOUS and one of the healthiest fruits you can eat! They are loaded with vitamin C, which supports your immune system and helps produce collagen for glowing skin. They also contain manganese, vitamin K and CANCER-FIGHTING antioxidants. Stay healthy during cold and flu season with our baobab-infused, raspberry and banana smoothie bowl!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice (we used vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana banana
  • 2 tsp Organic Baobab Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional:
    • 1 cup fresh greens of choice, loosely packed (spinach, kale, etc)
    • 1 tbsp chia seed 
    Toppings:
    • shredded coconut
    • fresh raspberries & pomegranate arils
    • gluten-free granola
    • chia Seed

    Method:
    Add all ingredients to a blender and then process until smooth. You can add less plant-based milk and more fruits to make the consistency thicker, or more plant-based milk to transform it into a smoothie that you can drink with a straw, YUM!
