Blackberry & Baobab Pancakes
Start your day with these delicious and guilt-free pancakes, infused with the goodness of superfood nutrition. Both the blackberries and baobab are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that will bolster your immune system and give you a burst of natural energy that will last all day.
Ingredients:
- 135g self-raising flour
- 1 Tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
- 5g baking powder
- 1.5 Tbsp Organic Baobab Powder
- 130ml milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 15g melted butter of choice
- Salt
Toppings:
- Yoghurt or whipped cream, mixed in with blackberries
- Blackberries
Method:
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients until it forms a smooth and even batter. Then heat a frying pan on a low setting and melt some butter to create a non-stick surface. Pour in some batter to create the pancakes, flipping them over when bubbles start to form. Cook until both sides are a golden color, and then serve with toppings. Yum!
