Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Dessert Cups
Satisfy your sweet tooth with these quick and healthy dessert cups. The rich dark chocolate, coupled with vibrant and juicy pomegranate, create a visually stunning and delicious treat. Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, both the baobab and pomegranate arils add a nutritious boost to this delightful dessert, proving that health and indulgence can go hand in hand! 


  • 8 dark chocolate dessert cups (vegan if preferred)
  • 170g ricotta
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp Organic Baobab Powder
  • 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp pomegranate arils
    In a small bowl, combine the ricotta with vanilla extract, ½ Tbsp cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup and baobab powder. Once mixture has all evenly mixed together, spoon the mixture into a piping bag (or in a zip-lock bag with the bottom corner cut off).

    Simply then fill each dessert cup with the ricotta mixture and then top with pomegranate arils and remaining cocoa powder. Yum!
