Cozy Winter Spice Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Organic Baobab Powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Method:
In a blender, combine the almond milk, banana, apple, baobab powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency. Add the almond butter and honey or maple syrup, if using, and blend again until fully incorporated. Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for extra warmth. Enjoy immediately for a cozy and nutritious winter treat!
